kurumulak powder (Pepper Powder)

Kurumulak Podi, also known as black pepper powder, is made from ground black peppercorns and is widely used in Kerala and Indian cuisine. It adds a sharp, pungent flavour to dishes and contains piperine and other plant compounds.
