Usage of Uramarunnu

• Method: The tablet is rubbed on a clean stone (Chaana) with a small amount of water, honey, or breast milk to make a paste.
• Administration: The paste is applied to the infant’s tongue or the mother’s nipple before feeding.
• Dosage (Tablets):

                 Infants: Typically 1/2  tablet twice daily with breast milk before feeding.

Children: Generally 1 tablet twice daily before food.

• Frequency: Traditionally given once a week or as needed for discomfort, though it should be used under guidance.
